Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-06 · Effective October 6, 2026

These terms govern use of SundayLaw.com, its membership accounts, the pioneer library, and study materials presented on the site. Read them before registering. The terms do not guarantee continued access to any particular page, feature, course, or document.

1. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using SundayLaw.com, you agree to these terms. Account registration requires explicit acceptance of the version displayed in the signup form. If you do not agree, do not use the site or create an account.

If you are under 18, review these terms with a parent or guardian before registering.

2. Who may register?

Membership accounts are for a living man or woman registering and using an account in their own name and for themselves. In the language of this ministry, each member is a living son or daughter of God. Accounts may not be registered or operated in the name of a fictional persona, company, organization, bot, software agent, or representative acting on behalf of an entity. Accounts created or used contrary to this rule are prohibited and will be terminated when identified.

SundayLaw.com is a ministry of The Firstborn Church. The Church confesses that its members' names are retained in the Lamb's Book of Life in heaven. This statement expresses the Church's faith; it does not make a website account a determination of church membership.

3. Membership accounts

At the time of this revision, creating an account carries no signup fee. Fees, access, and account features may change. An account is personal to the individual who registers it and does not guarantee continued access to any particular service or feature.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Account closure requests may be sent to the contact address below; applicable record-retention requirements may still apply.

4. Study materials and courses

This Bible-centered school studies Scripture and the Advent pioneers as preparation for Christ's return: to stand faithful before a holy God after Christ's mediatorial ministry closes and through the time of the seven last plagues, and to be ready for translation at His appearing. Materials and features currently presented on the site may be revised, restricted, or removed as the site changes; no particular lesson, test, progress record, certificate, or continued availability is guaranteed.

Do not publish test answer keys or present another person's work as your own.

5. The pioneer library and copyright

Most works published here are in the public domain because of their age. You are free to read, download, print, quote, and share them. We ask only that quotations be kept accurate and in context, and that a link back to the page you found them on is included where that is practical, so others can check the source for themselves.

Some newer material on this site — page design, original commentary, study guides, course questions, restored scans, and transcriptions — is our own work. You may quote it with attribution. Please ask before republishing it in full or using it commercially.

If you believe material here infringes a copyright you hold, you may send a report to the contact address below with the page URL and supporting details. A report does not guarantee a response, review timeframe, or removal.

6. Conduct and account restrictions

Do not use this site to:

Accounts used in violation of these terms, including by fictional identities, automated agents, or entities, are subject to restriction or termination. Disagreement is not itself misconduct.

7. Your information

Registration collects first and last names, email address, password, address line 1, country, phone number, referral source, and a record of terms acceptance. Middle name, address line 2, city, state or region, and postal code may be left blank. Passwords are stored as a one-way hash. The site may also process account and usage information needed to operate its current features.

8. Gifts and support

Any gift is voluntary. Current access terms and any applicable charges are determined by the information shown on the relevant page. To support the ministry, visit the giving page.

9. Accessibility information

The accessibility information page describes features and limitations currently present. It does not promise conformance, alternate formats, accommodations, or remediation.

10. Site availability and content

The site and its content are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, completeness, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. Study content is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised by posting a new version and effective date on this page. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Review this page for the terms that apply to your use.

12. How to reach us
